My prior work background was in the Financial Industry working as an Operations Manager for 18 years and then I acquired my Series 6 & 63 and became an Insurance Representative. Then moved on to retail working in the backend of the business.
But.....Fitness has always been my passion and I knew I wanted to be a part of the fitness world and help others achieve and reach their goals. Whether I am running, cycling, or weight training it is what I LOVE! I have been teaching boot camps, muscle classes and personal training since 2008. I have run 3 marathons, Boston and New York and countless 5K, 10K and half-marathons.
I have lived in Natick for the past 28 years, married with two children and a dog. I wanted to design a Cycle Studio that was built on community. A place where a group of friends (old and new) can come and have a great workout and enjoy the ride! I design my classes with a variety of old/new/country/rock/hip hop music. Hope to see you at the studio for a great workout!
Caroline was raised in Natick and has lived all over the world! Through all her moving Caroline began to rely on fitness to keep her grounded. After attending cycling classes for over 10 years Caroline finally took the plunge and became an instructor in 2018 and never looked back! Outside of teaching Caroline has completed two half marathons including the Amsterdam Half Marathon, century bike rides and is a triathlete.
In her professional life Caroline works in healthcare and life science communications and investor relations. With her office colleagues she also leads a weekly fun run!

Cycle Instructor, Multi-Fitness Class Instructor
Hailing from Natick, Judy finished a long career as a Federal Probation Officer at the U.S. District Court in Boston. Competition has long been her achilles heel and she ran in 9 marathons (Boston 6 times), Stu's 30 K, Border to Border 20 miler and many 10k and 1/2 marathons. She began biking over 30 years ago and was a PMC rider 20 years ago. By now your're thinking....wow, she must be old. Turns out that it just means she's been around to see fitness take on newer and better trends. Judy has been teaching for over 25 years in Boston and local health centers. She teaches Spin, HIIT, Barre, Step, Tabata, Bodypump, Pilates, Bootcamp, Bosu, R.I.P.P.E.D., and High Fitness classes. Her Cycle Classes are music driven, eclectic, and filled with energy to drive the class to keep the beat. She's vegan for over 30 years and loves to share her ideas of health and fitness.
I was born and raised in Natick and am so excited about having a cycle studio to bring the Natick community together. I just graduated from Sacred Heart University in May with a degree in Healthcare Administration and Management. Physical and mental health has always been a huge passion of mine. During my time at Sacred Heart I was on the D1 Women's Rowing team and this summer I will be embarking on a 168 mile bike ride for the Pan Mass Challenge. Physical challenges fuel me. I am an avid spinner and so excited to be on the instructor side of things now!
