  • Each Bike is placed 6 feet a part

  • Limited number of riders per class (Six (6) Riders)

  • Limited Classes per day/week

  • Mask will be worn into studio and remain on during ride and exiting studio

  • Mask may be removed to drink water

  • Shoes will be changed outside(bench provided, weather premitting)

  • Sanitizer for bikes/hands provided and should be used before/after each class

  • NO WATER will be provided (you may purchase a disposable water bottle from studio, $3.00)

  • WATER SHOULD BE BROUGHT WITH YOU AND THERE IS NO REFILL

  • NO TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME, MUST BRING YOUR OWN 

 

Before You Ride

  • Non-contact, laser thermometers to check staff and rider temperature(s)

  • Touchless Class Check-In (check-in will be done by staff)

Classes are designed around 45minute sessions led by a great group of certified instructors who will be coaching you through the classes with sprints, intervals, up-hill riding and down-hill riding. 

All levels are encouraged. We want you to feel pushed but know that every ride is your ride.

 

All participants can expect to leave sweaty and feeling energized.
